School meals are available each day and are prepared on-site. School dinners are booked and paid for via ParentPay up to the night before. if you have forgotten to book your child's meal, or need an unexpected meal on the day, please contact the school office on 01246 413134.

Free School Meals Entitlement
There are around 3,000 children in Derbyshire who qualify for Free School Meals. If you are on any of the following benefits you will be able to claim free school meals for your children
- Income Support
- Income based Job Seekers Allowance
- Income related Employment and Support Allowance
- Child Tax Credit (with a family income of less than £16,190)
- National Asylum Seekers Support
- Guarantee Element of State Pension Credit
- Employment and Support Allowance
(You can’t get free school meals if you receive Working Tax Credit)

…even if your child does not have a school meal it is important to claim your entitlement as the school will receive additional funding which will benefit your child in school with such things as help towards the cost of getting your child involved in trips and clubs and allowing the school to buy in additional support to help them reach their potential!
