PREVIOUS EVENT - Egg Rolling Competition - March 2026. 

Congratulations to the 2026 winner, Arthur, who set a Northfield Egg Rolling record of 8m 23cm. Will he defend his Egg Rolling title in 2027 or will there be a new name on the trophy?

What an unbelievable event.... the first NJS Year Sleepover. The children were magnificent throughout the whole event. From the moment they came in at 6.00pm, they quickly got set up and they were straight outside. A evening playtime kicked off the event before a competitive game of kick rounders took place - Mrs Mallaband's team just edging out Mr Walmsley's team. We then went in for a short break before moving onto some variations of hide and seek! We started with the small area before moving onto the whole grounds - it was amazing! After that, we played outside until 9:55pm.... not something we can often do in school. Once back inside, we got ready for bed and watched a film. Unbelievably, every single person was quiet throughout the film and some children start drifting off to sleep by the end. Once the film had finished, the lights went out and we tried to go to sleep. Mr Walmsley told us that we were very well behaved as he got an awful lot of work completed!
