Pupil Ambassadors

School Council
Our School Council meets two- three times per half term to discuss important matters at Northfield and make suggestions on how to improve our school. The School Councillors have the important job of gathering views and suggestions from their classes and feeding these back during meetings. They also have to inform the class of important news and get to give a special award in Gold Assembly every week.

Bronze Young Ambassadors

Our Bronze Young Ambassadors are active members of the school all year round. They organise and deliver a range of sports events, inter-house competitions and help to lead sports clubs for the younger pupils. These ambassadors inspire and motivate others to participate in at least 30 minutes of exercise per day. They also report on their activities and have lots of fun producing green screens. I-venger Digital Leaders 

At Northfield we subscribe to the i-venger programme. We have a team of eight Year 5 pupils who are committed to leading online safety across school. As a school we recently took part in Safer Internet Day 2026, the i-vengers led learning in their classes around protecting privacy. The whole school also attended an assembly about AI. 

In the Summer term, the i-vengers will be surveying the school's online behaviours and leading whole school learning about friends and followers.
